1. All goods sold are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. Any addition, alteration, variation or waiver of any term of these conditions of sale should be agreed in writing between the parties. The customer shall be deemed to have agreed to these conditions in relation to any transaction between the two parties.
2. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Global Home Textiles PVT LTD reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time.
4. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of the consumer. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
5. These conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Pakistan law and each party agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistan courts.
6. These terms, and any contract between us, are in the English language only.
7. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract.
8. If you would like to raise a complaint in reference to the service we have provided or the quality of the product we have supplied, please in the first instance contact our customer services team via our contact form on our home page.
9. Each of the paragraphs contained within these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and affect.
